These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Renegade Firearms, LLC (“Renegade Firearms,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our site (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site and the products sold through it are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you (a) are at least 21 and (b) are not prohibited by any federal, state, or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition.

2. Federal Age Requirements

Ammunition Purchases

• 18 years or older – shotguns, rifles, and their ammunition

• 21 years or older – handguns, all other firearms, and their ammunition
  Federal licensees must follow these minimum ages even if state or local law sets a lower threshold; where a higher local age applies, the higher age controls. [18 U.S.C. 922(b)(1) and (b)(2); 27 CFR 478.99(b)]

Firearm Purchases

• 21 years or older – handguns or shotguns with pistol grips

• 18 years or older – rifles or standard shotguns (no pistol grip)

3. Account Registration

You may need an account to access certain Site features. You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for understanding and obeying all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Any order that would violate applicable law will be refused or canceled.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices and product descriptions may change without notice. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it only when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or limit quantities at our sole discretion. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount due, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable excise taxes.

6. Firearm Purchase & Shipping Requirements

Federal law prohibits us from shipping firearms directly to an individual in any state. Firearms must ship to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choosing.

How to Complete a Firearm Purchase

1. Order online and, if known, enter your dealer’s name and address in the “Ship To” field.

2. Locate an FFL dealer (sporting-goods store, pawn shop, shooting range, etc.) and confirm transfer fees before purchase.

3. Ensure your dealer emails us a signed copy of their FFL.

4. We will email you tracking information once the firearm ships.

5. All firearm sales are final once you transfer the firearm from your FFL dealer.

7. Shipping

Carriers and Timing
• Most orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground.
• In-stock accessories and optics typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Ammunition typically ships within 3–5 business days after age verification.
• Firearms ship within 3–5 business days after receipt of your dealer’s license.

Adult Signature
A signature from someone 21 or older is required for all firearms and ammunition deliveries.

Restrictions
We do not ship firearms or ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited by law (e.g., California for ammunition). Optics and accessories may ship where allowed. You are responsible for any permits or taxes required locally. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Firearms and Ammunition
All sales of firearms and ammunition are final once confirmations are sent, have left us, have left the FFL dealer or reached you. We accept returns only for our shipment error or a manufacturer-confirmed defect.

Accessories and Optics

• Return window: 7 days from delivery

• Condition: unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging

• Authorization: email info@renegadefirearms.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back

• Restocking fee: 15 percent on all accepted returns

• Shipping costs: non-refundable and your responsibility

Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an unshipped order by emailing [email protected]. Orders in the shipping queue cannot be canceled.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the Site belong to Renegade Firearms, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view, print, or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

10. User Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content. You may not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material. We may remove or edit User Content at any time.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to
• violate any law related to firearms or ammunition,
• misrepresent your age or identity,
• interfere with Site security or functionality,
• use bots or scrapers without permission,
• upload viruses or malicious code,
• infringe others’ rights, or
• harass, threaten, or harm anyone.

12. Safety Warnings

General Firearm & Ammunition Safety
• Use only ammunition suited to your firearm’s chambering.
• Inspect barrels for obstructions if you notice unusual recoil or sound.
• Wear eye and ear protection.
• Point the muzzle in a safe direction at all times.
• Store firearms and ammunition separately in cool, dry places, away from children.
• Never handle firearms under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Lead Exposure
Shooting and cleaning firearms or handling ammunition may expose you to lead. Shoot only in well-ventilated areas, wear gloves when handling ammunition, and wash hands thoroughly afterward.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renegade Firearms, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renegade Firearms, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], [Your State], and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will appear on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renegade Firearms regarding the Site and supersede all prior discussions.
