LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY — Renegade Firearms, LLC Effective Date: November 4, 2025

ProductCovered: Firearms manufactured by Renegade Firearms, LLC (hereinafter “Product(s)”).

1. Warranty Statement

• Renegade Firearms, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser’s ownership. If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Renegade Firearms, LLC will, at its option, repair the Product, replace the Product with a new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price (less depreciation), subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations below.

2. Who Is Covered

• This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of the Product from an authorized Renegade Firearms, LLC dealer and is not transferable except where state law requires otherwise.

3. Duration

• This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser — defined as the period during which the original purchaser owns the Product. Proof of purchase showing date and retail source is required.

4. What Is Covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Coverage includes manufacturing defects in components and assembly that impair function.

5. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

• This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Damage, malfunction, or failure due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, or failure to follow the Product’s instructions or warnings.
  • Unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic finish wear, surface scratches, or finish fading).
  • Damage or defects caused by the use of non-Renegade Firearms, LLC parts, accessories, or ammunition not approved by Renegade Firearms, LLC.
  • Loss, theft, or damage from improper transport, handling, or non-authorized service shops.
  • Damage from corrosion, rust, exposure to elements, or inadequate maintenance.
  • Products sold “as is,” used/grey-market imports, or products not purchased from an authorized dealer.
  • Incidental, consequential, or special damages (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

6. Owner Responsibilities

• To preserve warranty coverage, the owner must: –
  • Use the Product as directed in the owner’s manual and all safety instructions.
  • Use appropriate, recommended ammunition and parts.
  • Maintain the Product (cleaning, lubrication, inspection) per the owner’s manual.
  • Provide proof of purchase and, where required, complete product registration (online or by mail) within 30 days of purchase.

7. How to Make a Claim

2. Provide: Product model/serial number, copy/photo of proof of purchase, description of defect, and photos if applicable.
3. Renegade Firearms, LLC will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions if a return is required. The owner is responsible for safe packaging. Shipping costs may be reimbursed if the defect is validated.
4. Upon receipt, Renegade Firearms, LLC will inspect and determine whether the claim is covered. If covered, Renegade Firearms, LLC will repair or replace the Product or issue refund per the remedy terms.

8. Remedies / Limitations

• The exclusive remedies under this warranty are repair, replacement, or refund (at Renegade Firearms, LLC’s option). – If repair or replacement is not commercially practical, a refund equal to the original purchase price (less reasonable depreciation) may be offered.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Renegade Firearms, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES ABOVE. Renegade Firearms, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

9. Transferability

• This warranty is for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, except where local law requires otherwise.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Severability

• This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, except as prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan. If any provision is held invalid, other provisions remain in force.

11. Safety and Legal Compliance

• This warranty does not cover any defect, damage, or liability resulting from illegal use of the Product or its use in violation of federal, state, or local laws and regulations. It does not override mandatory safety recalls or obligations under law.
